Emails from LTMGC

If you are not receiving LTMGC emails, please perform the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Navigate to the Member Contact Information page.
  2. Log in, if required.
  3. Validate that your email address is correct.
  4. Please check your Spam Filtering to ensure messages received from LTMGC.com and LTMGC through Constant Contact are both on your approved list. (i.e. make sure ltmgc.com and constantcontact.com are in your allowed list).
  5. If you are receiving email through your employer's server, you may also need to contact your IT department to ensure messages received from these senders are accepted.
